No automatic global punishment
The platform provides moderation intelligence and recommended actions. Participating servers choose their own enforcement settings and remain responsible for how they use the data.
Evidence can be imperfect
Reports are reviewed, but mistakes can happen. Entries should be corrected, expired, or removed when evidence is weak, outdated, or successfully appealed.
Public lookup limits
Public lookup information should stay minimal. Detailed evidence and internal review notes belong behind approved access.
