Reports must include useful context and supporting evidence such as video, screenshots, logs, anti-cheat output, or clear staff notes. Guesswork is not evidence.

Approved server owners are expected to use the platform responsibly to preserve trust, accuracy, and data quality.
Do not weaponize the system
Do not report players because of drama, competition, chargebacks, criticism, or personal dislike. Retaliatory reports can lead to owner removal.
Use watchlist before harsh enforcement
Watchlist entries should normally notify staff first. Kick and ban modes should be enabled only after your server config, exemptions, cooldowns, and appeal process are tested.
Keep private data private
Do not publish Discord IDs, IP addresses, private messages, or unnecessary personal details in public reasons. Keep evidence limited to approved review areas.
Respect appeals
Appeals should be reviewed in good faith. If an entry is wrong, stale, or unsupported, it should be corrected or removed.
